“The home is comfortable and has great views of the surrounding area but is not as remote as we thought. There was minimal need to communicate with the owner but no real check out instructions or confirmation they received our message when we checked out. With the current bridge work on Hwy 50 you have to go through two traffic relays and those do not go all night, which limits your ability to get out early or leave late. ”

“This is a delightful place and a good location for access to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. The staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive. The yurt was cute and comfy.”

“Hunted GMU 67 a little over 1 hour drive from cabin beautiful location on the Gunnison River tried fishing in front of cabin but no luck didn’t matter we got 4 nice elk so a great week Thank you very much Scott”

“The property was just as described. It was very easy to get to, clean, and roomy! We stayed for 2 nights. The first night there were 9 of us, and the 2nd night, there were 5. There was plenty of room for everyone! The communication with Scott was great and he was very responsive. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay.”

“Nice place with everything we needed for a quick and easy stay. Communication was great, I was sent all the info in advance and didn’t need anything during our stay. And it was so convenient to have a closet big enough for a pack and play! ”

“Great place. Close to town, but very private.”

“Very nice home, well layed out w/ all of the amenities expected. When we booked the property, the online listing had the home on the south side of town near Cobble Creek Golf Course. The home however is actually located on the north side, minutes from the airport. This is the reason for the 4 not 5 star rating. ”
