“Comfortable housing and amenities. We enjoyed our time here - 3 nights. Management was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy. The kids liked the pool and playground and the pond with its fountains and ducks. I liked having the washer/dryer in the home. There were a few things lacking such as dish towels, kitchen utensils/colander, a couple of hand towels, and a fire starter for the community fire pit.”

“The house was just as described with two bedrooms, kitchen and living area. It was comfortable. There is a small back yard that we enjoyed. It backs up to an office but has a tall wooden fence so you would never know. We were able to walk to a nearby brewery. It is a good location to visit Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP”

“This cabin on Brad and Michelle’s property is a little slice of heaven. We went to that area for the Wildflower Festival but left Crested Butte early to come back and enjoy the afternoon and evening on the back patio of the cabin. Watching their horses graze in the pasture and the numerous birds at the feeders, it was good for the soul. We hope to return one day!”

“The home and property are in excellent shape. The interior is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen has every every appliance and enough settings for a large group. Bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely decorated. Beds are very comfortable. Outside area is well maintained. Great views of the countryside from multiple seating areas. The nicest VRBO I’ve stayed in. ”

“Excellent stay with all the benefits of camping… fire pit, dark night sky, nature sounds, outdoor dining activities and games… but without the hassle and downsides. The cabin was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds, and A/C to keep cool. We enjoyed a tethered inner tube float on the river out back, fishing, and watching all the hummingbirds buzzing around. There are multiple areas for outdoor seating including a large covered patio to keep you dry. The location was convenient to the Black……

“Our family of six stayed in one of the tiny houses and while it was a bit of a squeeze, it was surprisingly comfortable and well equipped. Everything is beautiful and modern too! The kids enjoyed sleeping up in the loft beds. They also loved the games in the event barn, and the pool. A great spot to stay in the Montrose area!”

“We stayed at Three River Resort cabin for 4 days and it was perfect for our family. When we arrived, we were greeted with smile faces and the check in process was easy and also gave us some recommendations if we wanted to do things around there. When we got to the cabin it was very clean and ready to be used. It had everything we needed. Plus the kids loved their own space on the loft. It was in perfect location to Crescent Butte, Taylor ParkReservoir and Gunnison. I highly recommend these……
