“Since there hasn't been a review for a while, I wanted to provide one for our end of September stay. It is a lovely historical home, with great front and back porches, and is within walking distance to everything downtown Wilmington offers. The house was very clean inside, dogs are allowed, and the host was quick to respond when we had an issue finding the wifi code. “Parking was further than anticipated, the room key pad was confusing and locked us out immediately and we had to use the key on the table, luckily security was able to unlock our door for us so we could get ready and make it to our event on time. There was some damage to the bathroom cabinet towards the bottom when we arrived and stains on the bedroom carpet, clean other than that. Beautiful views, felt very secure, and in walking distance from everything we needed. ”

“Just a short getaway two hours from home, but just enough to have a pleasant evening with a friend. Do a lot of shopping a little eating, and a lot of walking. This location made it easy to get to the waterfront with shops and restaurants. Home was lovely. Plenty of room and coffee. would definitely give this a 10 and recommend.”
