The complimentary drink from the next door bar was also enjoyable I do have to comment on the nice interior design too - iss cute or whateva ;) Super close to a small convenience store and plenty of restaurants / bars. “This hotel has a lot going for it: great, waterfront location, helpful staff, good on-site restaurants. Sadly, maintenance seems to be slipping thru the cracks. We stayed 3 nights and 3 times maintenance had to come get our AC working again - definitely a must have in hot, humid Wilmington. Sadly, that wadb't our only maintenance issue. The vaniyy light was not working in the bathroom so had to be replaced. The safe didn't work - it looked like someone took it apart and didn't put it back……
