“Perfectly simple. Everything one might need for a beach getaway. Kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath all well appointed and comfy cozy. TV in living room has a great sound bar that served as a wonderful Bluetooth speaker, and another massive TV in the bedroom for lazing around if you catch a bit of bad weather. Great little deck out front with views to the North, East and South, and if you catch a clear night, the heavens above. Star-filled skies that will astound. ”

This house was not only left dirty from the previous renters (after cleaning service cleaned) but also is dirty and needs major cleaning. Couches were dingy and needed sheets over them for us to feel comfortable sitting on them. Floors were dirty. Bedroom fans have a layer of dust on them. There were fingernails left on the back of the couch and the windowsill. The vents were blowing dust onto beds and the……
