“We thoroughly enjoyed 3-day Independence Day holiday on Sandbridge Beach. The check-in process was effortless and Roger was very prompt in answering questions before and throughout our stay. We really loved this home because it offered so much of what we wanted to do on vacation including a large swimming pool, hot tub, and boat/kayak access on the canal. The beach was a short walk out of the neighborhood and across the street to the quiet Sandbridge Beach. We liked the home and location so……

“My family and I had a great time at this house. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach, 7-10 minute walk to ice cream and groceries. Had everything we needed and more. Had a few small issues but they were quickly resolved and didn't impact us at all. Would definitely recommend and would come back again.”

“We loved the cottage, so close to the beach and easy to make multiple trips. One day we went 3x, at sunrise, after lunch and at sunset. The sunrise walk was spectacular, mid day we put our beach chairs in the water and after the heat of the day the wild horses come out. Experiencing driving my truck on the 4x4 beach for this 70yr old woman is something I will always remember. “We loved our stay here. The home was beautiful, well maintained, and very clean. Check in/out was easy. The surrounding property is lush and private. Very family and dog friendly. 4x4 is of course a must, as it’s a hike from the pavement down the beach. Grocery/food options are nonexistent nearby but the seclusion is what makes this area special.”

“Let’s start with the host. Cathy was amazing during the booking, prior to arrival, during our stay and afterwards. During our stay she immediately addressed two concerns I raised to her - which was really important and made the stay that much more enjoyable. The house had a brand new pool - which really made for a nice beach and pool vacation. Oceanfront, easy access to/from made the beach experience so relaxing. We had 9 guests (6 adults and 3 kids under 4) so for a house that sleeps 20 plenty……

“Short walk to the beach to watch the sun rise and go back and watch the sun set over the bay. Baja restaurant is a stones throw away you can walk there for dinner.Its quiet the wildlife is great to watch you’re right on the water. It’s adorable inside everything you need. The owner was wonderful available for your needs any time! Definitely going back!”
