“Everything was great! ”

“Reception staff were uniformly friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and rooms were spacious, facing the sea, and well equipped. Only drawback was no dining table. Guests were obviously meant to eat at the kitchen bench which not only cramped the kitchen space, but the high stools are no good at all for short, elderly people or little kids.”

“The "seamless" no-contact check-in procedure was not seamless. We could not enter our Australian post code into the pre-registration form nor our Australian phone number. We called and they took the number over the phone and said they would send us to code to get in the room by 11:00 the day of. By 11:30, we had to call again to remind them. They were friendly, but if you're going to use contactless check-in, then you should make sure it works, and not have the customer contact you again to……

“We have booked a large room that has 4 rooms, living room and kitchen. We can cook our diiner and enjoy inside.”

“We greatly enjoyed our stay at Clyde View and would not hesitate to go back. We were staying in a seafront Villa which undeoubtedly played a large part in our enjoyment of the park. Breakfast on the veranda to the sound of the sea and local birdlife was truly memorable. Our particular villa had been very well maintained. This sort of accommodation can have a hard life but there was no sign of that here. It was well equiped and imaculately clean. We would not hesitate to book the same villa at……

“The apartment is spacious and bed sheets are clean. However the whole apartment needs deep cleaning and dusting, all hard flooring including in the bathrooms needs mopping, all surfaces need wiping and toilet needs thorough clean. Shower has urine smells. ”
