“Great location and quality. service. Breakfast with many varieties and tasty in comparing with many other hotels. The only problem was that the room offered is on ground floor even lowered with the road outside. Besides, its window is in close proximity to road side with busy traffic, hence noisy and without privacy if the window was opened.”

“I have stayed at Amaru Colonial a few times in the past. I love this beautiful hotel. It has lovely gardens and the rooms have lots of character. There are many choices for breakfast. The staff are amazing and willing to help out how ever they can. It is close to some really great restaurants. The only challenge is walking down the hill. As a Canadian, we are definitely not used to the narrow roads and watching to make sure your purse strap doesn't get caught on a car mirror as the cars……

“A recepção não funciona 24h mas toda a equipe é muito atenciosa e eficaz, me ajudaram mto e foram solícitos em todos os dias da hospedagem. O café da manhã é simples porém muito gostoso. São poucas mesas para o café da manhã, então é melhor se organizar com o horário especificamente se estiver frio ou chovendo pois as mesas são externas. O quarto tem um ótimo tamanho, água forte e bem quentinha no chuveiro e na torneira. Roupa de cama quentinha e localização muito boa.”

De no ser porque lo denuncié en la app, me hubiese aplicado el mismo proceso que a otros huéspedes, finalmente me ubicaron en otro alojamiento más céntrico que valió la pena. ”

“fair room feature, poor service. fair breadfast. there was one night room with no water at 8pm, went down to reception to ask is problem in my room, and wait for 30 mins still no feedback, and have to go down to reception to ask again, and finally said it is the city issue, entire street with no water until next day 4am, i was shocked since not even have water to flush toilet and ask if there bottle water provided, reception only said she need ask boss then also no feedback again. please train……
