“We were stuck in Cuzco because of the State of Emergency in Peru and the coronavirus pandemic. The staff were nice and very helpful. They contacted another hotel for us to stay 15 days. The breakfast was very good and room was comfortable and clean.”

“Casona La Recoleta is a wonderful place to stay at Cusco. My spouse became ill from the altitude sickness upon arrival. The staff immediate tested her blood oxygen level and offered an emergency oxygen tank to relieve her symptoms. My spouse kept on and off the oxygen without success of bringing her blood oxygen level up on her own. We ran out of the oxygen in the middle of the night, and the 24-hr onsite staff helped with another tank while I was trying to book a flight to get us down to Lima……

“除了浴室鏡子有點發霉 清潔部分還不錯 熱水要等數分鐘 得有耐心 熱了以後熱度不錯 櫃檯人員態度普通 大廳熱水瓶無熱水了仍然繼續講電話 且不願意相信 過了五分鐘才願意來查看 發現真的沒有水了才匆匆去煮熱水 雙人房景觀非常好 空間很大 king size的床也很舒適 暖氣很暖 睡得很舒服 就是窗簾遮光性不佳 五點多就被亮醒了XD ”

“早餐55sol 自助餐，很差没什么好吃的，就是现做的鸡蛋饼还可以。前台服务态度一般，酒店位置高，如果有高山反应的话更加厉害。打优步一般五、六元就可以到要去的地方，打车去火车站31sol去马丘比丘。酒店内也没羊骆可以拍照。”

“They offerred very spacious suite twin room with 4 double bed for us. Actually I booked and paid for twin room only. The room and bed was clean and comfort. The staff are very helpful and nice. Even I came back to collect my suitcases after checking out for 3 days, they still show their kindness and help. Also, very good breakfast was available.”

“fair room feature, poor service. fair breadfast. there was one night room with no water at 8pm, went down to reception to ask is problem in my room, and wait for 30 mins still no feedback, and have to go down to reception to ask again, and finally said it is the city issue, entire street with no water until next day 4am, i was shocked since not even have water to flush toilet and ask if there bottle water provided, reception only said she need ask boss then also no feedback again. please train……
