"We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. Not a good experience
"Everything is at the average level except the showering. We got problem of the hot water, which was unstable and the staff could not help. Which was at the midnight 12. Room is a bit old but clean . Breakfast is just common and nothing special."

"We were stuck in Cuzco because of the State of Emergency in Peru and the coronavirus pandemic. The staff were nice and very helpful. They contacted another hotel for us to stay 15 days. The breakfast was very good and room was comfortable and clean."
