“Our family of five very much enjoyed our fall getaway to Custer. The cabin was exactly as pictured. It is cute up north cabin theme. It was extremely clean and everything was neat and in working order. Host was responsive, informative and lovely to connect with. Pride and love for the community and property was evident. We loved being able to easily walk to great meals - even in the off season. Totally recommend visiting in the fall. It was quiet and beautiful. Thanks for a great trip and many……

“If you want to be right in the mix up in things, this will be a great stay! The historical hotel and all of the amenities within and close by we’re unbeatable. If you’re on the weekends parking is free and was not hard to find. Be prepared for some train noise if you are a light sleeper.”

“I want to say the staff did a great job, even though the hotel company booked a girls softball league group, I am sure at a discounted price for the group. The girls were disruptive, loud, messy to the commons area late into the night. The staff asked the parents to address the complaints of the other hotel occupants. Parents did not nor did they care nor did they do anything. I would advise don’t book that team again. ”
