Fortunately, I came across the flat on front street and it just so happened to be available, accepting of our dog, and in a perfect location. The entire process was seamless. The apartment was spacious, welcoming, tidy, and close to many unique businesses all within walking distance. The check in and check out processes were thoroughly explained. “there's a lot to like here. it is clean, very well equipped, and plenty roomy. double sink vanity is a plus. there is a grocery, drug store, restaurant/bars walking distance.While the neighborhood is not particularly scenic, we sat on the covered front porch every night, waved at the walkers and enjoyed the spot.you'll need to Uber/drive to campus, about 2 miles away.”

“Beautiful view overlooking the Ohio River from the deck. Unit was well stocked and clean. There are some things needing attention such as a towel bar which was apparently pulled off the bathroom wall and burn holes in the curtains. The floors squeaked badly throughout the unit and there was not enough insulation to buffer noise from the ladies in the lower rental. Although it was a second floor unit. I counted 31 steps from the ground to the deck to enter the unit. We used this route to carry……
