“Brand new amenities including baby cot, new appliances and furniture. Came with all the little things like spices and well equiped kitchen that you dont usually get in rentals. Clean and city center easy to walk everywhere highly recommend we loved it. Stayed for 2 weeks while visiting family and never had any issues. Courtesy calls from agency to check everything ok.”

“It could have been a 5 stars. I stayed for 7 nights. the place was convenient, close to the city centre, very spacious, the apartment condtion was clean and comfy. The bed sheets and towels were changed once on my 3rd night. The bins were cleared everyday. HOWEVER, the check-in experience was VERY disappointing. First, I never received any instructions beforehand. When I arrived, i couldnt find the intructions, all doors were locked, no signs at all. So I called the number from the expedia……

“Pros: the owner is very accommodating, we arrived pretty late yet he is still happily wait for us and show us around the property. The property itself is very charming with old exposed brick and country furniture but with a twist of modern appliances making my stay as comfortable and homey. The kitchen is complete with everything I need for cooking especially love the tiny compact dishwasher. We wander around the backyard/garden and enjoy morning coffee on the tree house. “Just what we needed. Easy access and straightforward process and a lovely property very close to town. ”

“It was accommodation only. We had key code to let you in. Didnt see the owner at all. Bedroom was small but adequate. Ensuite was small. Bed was not that comfortable but it was very clean.”

“The apartment is conveniently located with nice restaurants and a carpark nearby. It is also clean and spacious for 2 of us. The bed and pillows are comfortable too. It would be perfect if the oven glove is more heat resistant. ”

“A lovely place to stay! Our cottage was perfect, good size and beautifully decorated. Such a peaceful place, easy to get into Cardiff centre. My daughter left her teddy behind and the staff were so helpful, they packaged him up ready for a courier to collect and let me know when he was collected. ”
