“Nice little place. The neighboorhood was quiet and nice. Keep in mind, we did not stay in peak season. The property is right across the street from the lake, public beach and park. I am sure during the summer this area is bussling with activity. Lovely area. The home was well maintained and clean. Enough amentities to make iur stay comfortable. We would stay here again.”

“This lovely 1870s home has been masterfully preserved and I was even able to hear quite a bit about the homes history which is so much fun! The house is spacious offering all the comforts necessary to really rest and relax but also 23 minutes from The shrine of the Grotto of the redemption if you're looking for adventure. The hosts were some of the kindest folks, most accommodating! ”

“I’ve never been able to stay in a house near Five Island Lake, so this was a cool experience. There is a great fire pit area and dock down by the lake. Overall you stay here for the proximity to the lake and the newness of the building. Which is not really offered in any other rental house in Emmetsburg. Grateful for the opportunity to experience it! The house has beautiful new wooden flooring and a nice living room. Check-in using the door code was perfectly easy. The house is set quite far……
