“This downtown home was a great place to stay for my daughter's graduation at Rupp Arena which was only one block away! Home was spacious w all necessities including, sheets, towels, soap, shampoo & kerig coffee.”

“This condo is in a prime location if you are looking to walk to restaurants and bars. It's clean and fresh! Only drawback was we had some trouble with the key pads and code system intermittently which was frustrating at times. Overall a nice place to stay and would book again. ”

“Property as described. It was an ok stay for the price. We checked in ok and property management was quick to respond with any issues we had. We decided to stay here because of how close it was to the Ark Encounter because when you are done at the Ark, you are tired. When we got into town, we were hungry and there wasn’t anything open on a Sunday at 5pm so we drove to dollar General and picked up some snacks to eat. In the morning, you have to drive to get breakfast so keep that in mind. Beds……

“This is a great property with beautiful views of Lexington. The bed situation is a little misleading. There is one sleeper sofa in the closet of the primary bedroom closet, not necessarily ideal.”

“Great property and very secure. Plenty of amenities, comfortable areas for lounging and sleeping. Well stocked kitchen. On sight parking was a BIG plus. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!!”
