“LEX 175 was an excellent property for our March Madness weekend. Great location for restaurants, bars and its proximity to Rupp Arena. Very Clean and quiet. Outstanding communication with the owner before, during and after our stay. Very accommodating with arrival time as we experienced lengthy weather delays. Would definitely stay again!”

“I loved that this space was so close to downtown and just a block or two away from busy traffic and street noise. The underground parking was a huge perk. We were able to walk to just about everything we wanted to do, and the space had all the necessary amenities.”

“Very Clean, great view and walking distance to everything downtown. My husband and I and another couple came in to explore the bourbon trail. We started in Louisville and ended in Lexington. Great place to end our week. fyi: we had a note to leave the dishes in the sink. The dishwasher appeared to have a problem with the door closing properly. We needed to wash our dishes. No big deal for us, just putting it out there. The DW may be fixed at this point.”

“Check in was easy and property manager was easy to reach and communicate with. We used their portable infant crib (Pack n play) which was a nice amenity. The space was clean and well cared for. Building felt safe with access codes for building and elevator after hours and a customized access code to our door. You can hear sirens outside very often which is to be expected for the location, but difficult for a small child to sleep through. There is also a vent from the bedroom to the main living……

“Beautifully appointed condo, amazingly quiet, given downtown location. Excellent communication with owner. No parking on-site, so you have to find parking in nearby garages, very limited street parking. Convenient location, would definitely stay again.”
