“We enjoyed our weekend stay at this country p property, the house is spacious and a great place to stay if you are visiting family and/friends in Evansville and nearby areas. The house is spacious and the host was accessible. We felt like the check out time was too early compared to other places that we had stayed during our travels. ”

“This cute house was amazing! Had everything you could think of from the kitchen to the bathroom (B&BW products a definite plus!) Only "negatives" are there's no dishwasher & there's no curtains on the full glass backdoor, kitchen window & partial glass front door. No worries though as we covered each one during our stay & washed to few dishes we used by hand. Excellent stay, quiet neighborhood. Can't wait to return!”

“The home is really charming and roomy. The furniture, although dated, takes you right back to the 70's. Kitchen table leg is cracked. Internet never worked. Need to clean mirror's and rugs in bathroom and bedroom. Refrigerator needs a good cleaning. Otherwise we totally enjoyed our stay!!! ”

“We stayed for a long weekend to visit family in Evansville. The place was exactly as described in the listing. Beds were comfortable. Fridge is really cold! Wifi worked great. The neighborhood is a mix of cute little well maintained bungalows, with some that could use some TLC. Good location with easy assess to Diamond. Will definitely stay again!”

“Not a bad house. Easily accessible. Good communication with property manger. A couple things to consider:- Needs to have a solution for trash. We couldn’t find anything outside, and the trash from previous tenants were left in the house. Maybe we’re missing something?- A/C window units definitely need attention, the filters were completely full of dust. It didn’t take me very long to clean the filters. Would recommend adding that to the list when making ready the unit. Takes about 5 min.Overall……

“The house was as pictured, and had everything as listed. It was very clean! We had my husband's parents with us for this 8 night stay, and it was a good place to unwind and relax with our very busy week. We also traveled with our dog, and the fenced in yard was great for him! It is very close to the airport, and we did hear planes, but it was quiet in the house. “The cute house on Tennessee was the perfect place for my family and me to crash after a day of helping my sister move out of her house. We appreciated being able to relax after long days of packing and cleaning. ”

“Everything in the house was very nice. The owners were very accommodating in letting us have a later check out due to our fight departure change. The beds in all the rooms were very comfortable. The only thing missing was a full size mirror. I highly recommend this rental.. ”

“The property was nice. The garage was awesome! Had some issues with the locks but the host promptly took care of it. Overall we had a great experience!”

“I cant say enough good things about the host and the property! It was extremely clean! Great water pressure and hot water for days! The location is perfect, its 15min from anywhere in evansville. Perfect to get to any of the local eats, extremely close to the airport. Check in and check out were simple. The host keeps a great line of communication with you but doesn't hover. They are quite attentive and have a child friendly place!The furniture was very comfortable and kid friendly. The big back……
