“Def not a 4-star property as advertised, but it works perfectly fine! My only issue is that I arrived a tad late in the evening/night, and staff were slow on responding. Signs to the main office were difficult to find… then again, I eventually made it there and they were super friendly and accommodating. ”

“The hotel was very nice and kept clean. It was great to have a little deck with chairs just outside your room. They made booking excursions simple by having a liaison at the hotel every day. The hotel is older so sound does travel between rooms but it wasn’t a busy time when we were there so we didn’t have any issues with it.”

“We had a lovely stay and would definitely return. Our clean, comfortable room had a balcony facing the sea and we loved having coffee while watching the sunrise and listening to birdsong and wind in the palms. The coffee maker, mini frig, wifi and AC all worked well. The pool and grounds were well maintained, and everyone was very kind and helpful. “The staff from reception to security were super friendly. The breakfast was made to order, fresh and delicious. The location is perfect. Its close to the ferry port and all the tasty restaurants. Theres even a little store to buy water and a few groceries for the full kitchen in our room. Our balcony looked over the pools on the property. We can see the planes go by as we werent far from Tropic Air airport. Will definitey stay here again. ”

“I enjoy my stay here. The communication was great and the host made everything I needed was available. I was accomplished with meet and greet transportation to and from ferry to my stay. The entire apartment was clean and spacious with safety locks to make your stay is worry free. There were plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. “Loved this resort. The staff were the best!!!! I loved the location, the resturant was delicious. We loved the music every night. We could sit on our balcony. The only thing was the price of the drinks was a little too high. Otherwise it was a perfect place.”
