“The suite was clean, comfortable, quiet and very private, located in a nice neighborhood. Parking right by the private entrance. Microwave, mini fridge/freezer and table were great for having breakfast and some of our other meals in the suite. Super easy check-in and check-out. Unobtrusive host with good communication. We had no issues whatsoever. Incredibly reasonable price. Location was great for exploring Lakeland area. Highly recommend.”

“Could not have asked for a more comfortable house! We stayed as a family of 4 (2 children) and grandparents, and we all felt we had our own space and could really unwind. The kids loved the themed bedrooms and bunkbeds. The private pool was a great amenity, and the water slides at the community complex were a hit with the kids. “We stayed for 5 days at this property in Jan/Feb. it provided plenty of room for our family to spread out and enjoy our vacation without being crammed into a small hotel room or rooms. The neighborhood is quiet and attractive. The house is on the golf course but not at a point where golfers will interrupt your stay unless they have a massive slice. “Property was fantastic great for the amount of people we had and truly decorated well honestly coolest house I’ve stayed in. I was expecting the hot tub to become hot since we payed for it but no matter how long we left the spa bubbles on for it did not get hot. Admittedly I didn’t try the temp in time to notify the owners and I’m sure they would have tried to fix it if I let them know earlier in the tripother than that I loved it and would return again”
