“The location is good. The living room, kitchen, bathroom are goods. But the lockers are too small, everyone cant put their luggage in the locker. No privacy between the beds.”
“very near the subway and tram station of Narodni Trida, just walked 5mins. there is a supermarket nearby. will stay again if travel to Prague.
All receptionist are very nice, they will ask and tell you how to go your destination when check out, very nice. ”
“You have to taper your expectations for a luxury stay. This is a novelty hostel to stay in. As it's a bunker, it really plays to the theme. It's deep underground and dark by design. It does wind up a bit chilly inside, but the sleeping bag i was provided was surprisingly warm. Breakfast was a simple affair, a basic buffet. You don't get any phone signal inside, but the wifi actually works for once. Showers attempt to be warm, but you have to keep it running to get some warmth, possibly not ideal……
“Probably the best hostel I have ever stayed in! Family like environment, with home cooked meals and plenty of activities. Staff were amazing throughout and were always willing to talk! I really couldn’t have booked somewhere better! ”
“Interestingly, the hostel will tie a hand strap to guests, with a metal buckle that cannot be released easily. Just like a patient in a hospital, and looks like a criminal.
I forgot to ask the receptionist to release the strap for me when I checked out, when I arrived at the airport, the x-ray machine’s alarm rang, and I needed to conduct a full body security check just cause of this strap. I need to transfer to the airport to get to my home, so I need to conduct two more additional security……
"The room was very spacious. The facilities are a bit dated, but everything is well kept and in good condition. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was generous, and both lunch and dinner were quite good too. A big plus is the shopping mall and food court just behind the hotel, which makes things really convenient. The hotel isn’t in the city center, but Prague’s public transport is excellent — it only takes about 30 minutes to reach the Old Town. Overall, it’s a great value-for-money option."
