DFC Adventure is a nature lover community operating in Ujungjaya village, Pandeglang, Banten. We organize community-based ecotourism activities involving local communities living in villages around the buffer zone of Ujung Kulon National Park. One of our main strategies is to empower youth and women through environmental and cultural tourism activities and to raise public awareness about environmental conservation.
We work with rural communities to support local guides, helping to connect them with off-the-beaten-track adventurers seeking authentic jungle trekking, diving, fishing and cultural experiences in the buffer zone of Ujung Kulon National Park. We strongly believe that community-based ecotourism can help protect Ujung Kulon’s pristine forests and wildlife, while helping to improve the quality of life for the people living on the edge of the forest.

Ujung Kulon National Park has an area of approximately 122,956 hectares consisting of three ecosystems, marine ecosystems, swamp ecosystems and land ecosystems. The existence of these three ecosystems makes more species live in this place, there are approximately 700 types of plants, 35 types of mammals, 5 types of primates, 59 types of reptiles, 22 types of amphibians, 240 types of birds, 72 types of insects, 142 types of fish and 33 types of coral reefs.
