“Room is small but as expected, for our family of 4 of us just stay there for a couple of hours to get some sleep before our early morning flight. We pre-booked a transfer to airport and I told the staff that we will fly to HK via Sydney, but the driver was told by hotel to took us to international airport, and turns out we should be in domestic airport. “The property is nice and clean and well located for the Airport and the Cruise Terminal, it does suffer from road noise though. Staff are lovely and friendly.”

“On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.”

“Very clean and nice place. Supermarket and restaurants are just across the street and are very convenient. For a family the space is a bit congested and ther is no cooking facility.”

“This place is a good price and well positioned for dining. Pool and surrounds needs a good clean guys! Comfy bed and room ok if not a little small. Beware the slippery shower floor, this is absolutely an accident waiting to happen. They warn you but that will not prevent a fall as it is super super slippery. ”
