“We were just there during the nights to sleep because we were gone racing during the day. 20 minutes from Road Atlanta. The beds are very comfortable. Very clean. I did like waking up and looking out the back door down the hill.”

However, the property needs maintenance, the interior needs upkeep (light bulbs out, remotes need batteries, Master Bathroom sink remains clogged, interior drawers and cabinets need cleaned but the biggest concern was pest control (too many live roaches!) ”

“This was a really nice home, and worked out well for us as we are avid boaters. There were 5 couples, and we had plenty of room. We enjoyed the game room and outside areas.There are wonderful marinas and restaurants very close. ”

There were several areas throughout for congregating and relaxing; the sofas and chairs were beyond comfortable. There were plenty of bedrooms and bunkrooms, each with its own private bath; perfect when we each needed a break from our crowd.
