“Very stylish hotel, comfortable room, and lovely pool. Pool attendants were very attentive and friendly, pool vibe was mostly adult which was great. Pool bar closes at 5, which felt early. The building had a fire alarm which forced us all to evacuate which was very strange. Exit routes were a bit confusing and the stairs ended us at the pool and then we weren’t sure how to get out. Staff were nice but also seemed a bit confused when giving instructions.”

“Beautiful, comfortable, clean historic INN to stay at in Savannah. Walkable by 15 minutes to most desired locations. We stayed in the Dahlia room and it was spectacular! We had a lovely sitting area with an outdoor porch when it wasn’t raining and the bed was very very comfortable. Beware that breakfast is not served till 9 AM which was a little late for us however it was delicious. The innkeeper was wonderful and very friendly. This is a lovely place to say if you want to enjoy Savannah.”

There were some remarks I sent to the host just as conditions of items in the house so I wasn’t held accountable for them, as well as some suggestions to improve the experience for the guest(s). Host was receptive to feedback and suggestions for future guests. My daughter left clothing at the property after we had already checked out. I was able to get ahold of the host and make entry to the property after my reservation was completed. He was nice enough to let me go back……

“Beautiful, historic inn loaded with charm. Very attentive and helpful staff, especially innkeeper Kaitlin. We were unexpectedly upgraded to the Mercer room and it was amazing, with both a private and semi-private outdoor balcony/patio area. We really appreciated the charming touches, like flowers, music, and fresh-baked cookies! Highly recommended. ”

“The location is ideal for casual walking and visiting Savannah. The cook is creative and the breakfasts and happy hour snacks were good. ”

“The corner room is noisy at night- there were many people gathering near the hotels till 1 or 2 am and you could hear them. There was an Irish bar across from the hotels which you would hear the music playing at night. There was coffee stain in the carpet of the room I stayed. The hotel has good hospitality and the bed was comfortable. ”
