“The people is extremely warm and welcoming, including reception and the lady serving us from check in to dining. The young lady can speak english, we have a great time there. We use the public onsen before dinner so there are not much people. The private onsen in the room also great, but will be a bit small if two people bath together. Will definitely recommend this place to people who want to experience Japanese traditional onsen culture and dining. ”
“Planned to stay there for one night only originally. But due to the bad weather in Japan, JR only provided very limited service. The staff was very helpful helping us finding other methods of getting to Kanazawa apart from JR. But finally we decided to stay in the same place and same hotel for one more night instead.
And the location is excellent! Just next to JR station!
But the only not convenient is not much dining choice in a small town like this. ”
