“Geweldig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie en meer dan hond vriendelijke. Onze honden wilde na de eerste dag al niet meer de lift in voordat ze hallo hadden gezegd tegen het personeel.
Ook de studio was zeer goed. Ruim van opzet, netjes, weinig geluid van buiten.

"Location is within walking distance to the train station, making it easy to visit Frankfurt for example. Disappointed at the services of the receptionist and a woman staff who preferred to avoid eye contacts and clearing the breakfast dishes. Her attitude improved the next morning but still left a bad taste. "

"Bellboy 和服務生的態度都非常不好，他們聽見你叫他仍然會沒有反應。另外，我們的房間很像住在工人房。原因是道路太迂迴，不停往下層走，而我們的樓層是只有我們一個單位，而且往房間的通道大門是很像防煙門，完全離開正常的走廊房間。感覺非常不好"
