“The staff was great! The place is clean and has a great restaurant attached. The pool are is awesome as it has a large pool, kiddie pool and hot tub.”
“Great place to stay. We came to Sioux City for a concert at the Orpheum Theater and wanted to spend some time gambling at the Hard Rock Casino. But rooms there were $350 a night! We found this hotel right across the street and despite some harsh reviews, we decided to try it. We had a great time. The room was clean and fresh. We loved the rustic decor. The indoor/outdoor pool was warm and refreshing. The hot tub wasn't so terribly hot like most, though other people would probably complain about……

“Clean bathroom and clean bed are two of the vital components of a hotel stay and although this hotel is an older property, the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The check in process was very easy and I added a message to request and ground floor room and within a half hour the front desk staff messaged me to say he had done this. That was excellent service considering it was late in the day I booked so kudos to him ( sorry I didn’t get his name). Highly recommend……
