“Located on a busy street, so noisy. There is no elevator, even though the hotel is of modern construction! Have to haul your bags up to the 2nd or 3rd floor. so NOT advisable for older folks. Front desk is only manned till 9PM. After that, there is no one to help you with any problem you may have - just numbers to call. Too minimalist for the price and for me to recommend to anyone.”

“A nice hotel adjacent to the main road by Connell Bridge. We had room 8, which was a sea view room without a balcony. The room was very nice. All was very clean and looked new. The shower was excellent. A negative point is that the sun shines into the hotel all afternoon, so our room was extremely hot. The single window opens about 3 inches only. They provide a small fan but this is very ineffective. They should shut the blinds before guests arrive in sunny weather. We arrived about 5pm. Car……

“We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and they had a good service. The breakfast was very good in 2 of the times I ate there. But there were other times, may a different chef, it wasn't so good... the room was cleaned every day, but they didnt replaced the water ( it was given only a small bottle for our entire stay). The shower was excellent. I highly recccomend, no matter fact I would use the Muthu hotels at any countries they operate. Thanks”

“Hotellet ligger normalt utanför vår prisklass, men vi hade samlat ihop till en "gratisnatt" och ville dessutom göra resan lite speciell så vi unnade oss en natt här. Worst Hotel Experience Ever –Completely Misleading

"This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The condition of the room was extremely poor and absolutely not worth the price. What was most unacceptable was that the room I was given looked nothing like the photos shown on the booking website. Instead of a standard room on the main floors, I was placed in one of two attic rooms, which were dark, cramped, and completely unsuitable for use as hotel accommodation. The wardrobe was old, dirty, and poorly maintained, with doors that couldn’t close properly — one even secured with a makeshift bolt, which felt very unsafe. The bathroom was outdated and in terrible condition; water splashed everywhere while showering, and the showerhead was barely usable. The entire room felt run-down, with stained walls and a lack of basic comfort. This was a deeply disappointing experience. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. "
