It stopped around 1AM. But I slept well and I’d stay here again. The place was adorable and very comfortable and had EVERYTHING you need. Cleanliness was exceptional. 5 stars given. ”

“This was a convenient stop for us on our way from Dallas to Colorado located just off US 385. The house is located in the center of Channing with a nice view of horses out the picture windows in the living room.As noted in other reviews, the house is located next to a rail line. We knew this going in but the trains came through at all hours of the night and sounded a horn due to the nearby intersection.Overall the house was fairly clean but it needs a deep clean to be rated higher. The rooms……
