“My wife and I stayed here with our Greyhound and two family members as we made a cross country move. The beds were all very comfortable and the host had left a wide selection of drinks and snacks and even some homemade cinnamon rolls, which were a huge hit! Our dog loved the yard and we had more than enough space to park two cars and a 20 foot moving truck. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely try to stay here again!”

“Stayed for the night on the way from DFW to Colorado. I felt like I was walking into my grandparents house back in the 70’s. I absolutely loved this place. It looks small on the outside but is massive on the inside. I e always stayed at the Best Western down the street but the highway traffic always woke us up. This is away from the highway in a quiet neighborhood. We slept great. ”

“This was a convenient stop for us on our way from Dallas to Colorado located just off US 385. The house is located in the center of Channing with a nice view of horses out the picture windows in the living room.As noted in other reviews, the house is located next to a rail line. We knew this going in but the trains came through at all hours of the night and sounded a horn due to the nearby intersection.Overall the house was fairly clean but it needs a deep clean to be rated higher. The rooms……
