“This was a new hotel with very nice rooms. It was next to an apartment the had children and pets / which a little dog barked a lot But no fault of the. Hotel. The staff was helpful Was close to bus stops and a few places to eat. They said in their description it was 15 min to airport although it wasn’t. We traveled at different times of the day and neither was that short. And this sounds silly….But the pillows were great!! We booked through a 3rd party and so breakfast was extra. I……

“First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly.
