“My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is lovely as described, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The cabin was already equipped with everything we needed. It’s a wonderful location to visit the surrounding destinations too. We’d love to come back, and would highly recommend!”

“Overall very good. Description of the rental was not accurate, there was no dish tv and there was no dishwasher. I can understand the dishwasher but the dish tv was a disappointment. Should update the property description.”

“Everything you need and clean and location - beyond stellar. When we got to property we didn’t have correct check in information but I called the number provided and in the first ring they answered and we were in! Which is rare when those types of things happen so thank you!!I did like the space the only thing to add was it is an odd layout. And the lower bathroom toilet didn’t work the entire time we were there. But we were out everyday exploring so not a huge deal! Plus upstairs toilet was……

“We all loved this place! It was a great location to explore the town! So much to do. And After a day of adventure, we would come back and relax. We didn’t need much, but when we did the host, Molly was great and very helpful! We definitely didn’t want to leave!! Wish we could have stayed longer! We will be back again!!”

“We loved staying in this tiny home. It will sleep 6, but we only had 3 of us in it. Enjoyed being able to sit at the firepit with a fire going and enjoyed the cute little ducks that came to visit from the pond out front the pin had a fountain and little bridge to enjoy as well the only thing we had a problem with was not enough towels. We only had 3, no extra, but they quickly brought us more. The soaps were empty in the shower as well. We had no wash pods for the washer. 2 coffees for……

“Our family of six stayed in one of the tiny houses and while it was a bit of a squeeze, it was surprisingly comfortable and well equipped. Everything is beautiful and modern too! The kids enjoyed sleeping up in the loft beds. They also loved the games in the event barn, and the pool. A great spot to stay in the Montrose area!”

“This property was absolutely gorgeous! Lots to do, perfect area that was quiet and remote, but only a short drive into town. The best of both worlds. Property manager was friendly and available for questions. This will be top of my list for a return to the area! ”

“Comfortable housing and amenities. We enjoyed our time here - 3 nights. Management was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy. The kids liked the pool and playground and the pond with its fountains and ducks. I liked having the washer/dryer in the home. There were a few things lacking such as dish towels, kitchen utensils/colander, a couple of hand towels, and a fire starter for the community fire pit.”

“The cabin was very cozy and comfortable. My son loved having the upstairs loft as his man cave. There’s a small pond just out front and the setting is beautiful. Definitely would stay again!”
