Well-appointed kitchen made it easy to cook and serve for a crowd each night. The proximity to Harvest Fresh for last minute add-ons for dinner was ideal. Comfortable beds, separate bathrooms and welcoming seating were icing on the cake. Thank you!!”

We were blessed by the theatre to share a slide show of our times togther through the years. The house is perfect for games, one on one fellowship with those we haven't seen. “This place was perfect for our stay. We had plenty of space for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and it’s only 5 mins from a major grocery store. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance if you want that option. Parking was easy, the area was very quiet and the unit was clean. We were only about 10 mins from the university which made it easy to visit. We would love to stay here again in the future! ”

“What a quiet and relaxing weekend! Mr Donovan and his property are just truly amazing! We had a lovely stay in this rustic place. Everything was comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook simple meals and just hang out. We enjoyed walking the property and surrounding neighborhood, and I really loved Looking at his pottery shop and talking with Mr. Donovan. We got a kick out of him riding his giant 3 wheeled bike with his dogs! What a friendly, wonderful man! FYI, there’s no streaming……

“House is beautiful and perfect and beds were very comfortable. I appreciate the extra touches such as high quality linens and towels that smell fresh! Kitchen was well stocked for our holiday cooking. Loved the short walk to 3rd street! Like many small towns on the west coast - McMinnville has a homelessness problem and the property’s close proximity to downtown places it very close to those issues. There were some characters in the neighborhood but we did not experience crime. ”
