“Had a wonderful time staying at the cozy shoehouse as we took a couple days to reunite with family after moving out of state. Spent 23 years in York visiting the shoe from time to time. It was very nostalgic inside and outside of the shoe. Unlike practically all shoes, this one did not stink.”

“We wanted to get away from the city for a few days and our stay was everything we had hoped for. The house is beautiful, the scenery is great, we couldn’t have stayed at a better place. There’s a reason why this property has great reviews ! ”

“We are three old friends who take a little vacation together every summer. We love outlet shopping and so decided to try Lancaster this year. We loved this home with its beautiful view and easy access to Route 30 and all the sights and fun of the Lancaster area. We did not use the hot tub, so can't comment on that. Nor did we use the outdoor seating area as it was quite humid during our stay. The interior was beautifully appointed and perfect for our needs. The host was very responsive and easy……

“This property is in rural PA, with gorgeous views and all the amenities! Our kids loved the house with an open basement to play and chickens to watch. Everything was stocked, you truly needed only the food you specifically wanted for the week. “This property is a slice of heaven. Carol gave exact directions & easy keypad check in. The house is very cozy, extremely clean The kitchen is well equipped & farm fresh eggs in the fridge.
