“La Caseta is one of the best places I have ever been at. I love almost everything about it. The only thing I don't like is the location of the television. I Wish it is upstairs instead of downstairs. Everything else is fantastic!!! Highly recommend!!!”

“Beautiful house which was secluded in the woods, very clean, cozy and spacious and great location for access to elk mountain, only downfall was the driveway was covered with ice and snow so we weren’t able to make it up with our vehicle, had to park in the street and carry everything in, the owner did warn us about this, a 4WD vehicle wouldn’t make it up due to the steepness and icy conditions, this was an inconvenience but still had a great time!”

“The pictures look great. The reality is a very small, musty cabin with uncomfortable furniture that is too big for the space. Upon arriving I was met with a large dead raccoon, a bag of dog poop at the door and a very moldy grill on a wet moldy deck that I wouldn’t even let my dog sit on. I let the “superhost” know as soon as we arrived about the issues and they quickly responded. They offered me a credit and sent a cleaner over. I still have not received the credit despite reaching out twice……

“This property is very nice. Everything was updated as shown and was very comfortable. The community overall was an enjoyable place to stay. I gave 5 on cleanliness but will note the coffee carafe was not cleaned (and very clearly had been used). All I will say about communication and check in is read every single word of every single communication, because for us not all the information was the same. Some information was omitted in some places, but was given in others.I did provide screen shots……

“The cabin was great, very cute and exactly fit my needs, the owners were very accurate in information listed. The property had all of the amenities for a great stay that makes you feel just far enough from real life that you get a much needed break from daily life. The owners were very helpful and I was very happy with their care and keeping of the property in the middle of a wind and snow storm. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m going on a ski vacation to Elk Mountain.……

“We had a wonderful time at Bobby’s cozy home. A 12 min drive to the mountain to ski. Perfect fit for 2 families. Lake was frozen solid and we were able to ice fish! Bobby was responsive to our questions. Thank goodness he left salt on the property. The driveway was ice and we would have been stuck without the salt. We look forward to renting the home in the summer to swim in the lake. A beautiful property. ”

“We stayed here for Valentine's day "weekend" a couple weeks ago. Cabin was spotless and spacious. Everything listed in the description was accurate, so no surprises. We're glad we brought firewood, as that helped warm up the area for the entire night. Quiet and secluded, had everything we could've hoped for in a cabin. We snowboarded at nearby Elk Mountain (20 min drive), and enjoyed a couple places to dine on Main St. in Honesdale, PA. Sleeps 6 people comfortably, and having the second……
