“This property is very nice. Everything was updated as shown and was very comfortable. The community overall was an enjoyable place to stay. I gave 5 on cleanliness but will note the coffee carafe was not cleaned (and very clearly had been used). All I will say about communication and check in is read every single word of every single communication, because for us not all the information was the same. Some information was omitted in some places, but was given in others.I did provide screen shots……

“Me and my family had a bad experience in this place, eagle lake community association house J3, when we rented we didn’t see pictures of the place before we get there. when we get there we got shocked, The place smell bad fridge was dirty we found corn inside looks like the corn it was there forever smell nasty also few parts of the trailer you can’t even touch because will fall off, place smell really bad inside, bathroom she said in the listing the shower have low pressure, it was fine I don’t……

“Our family had a wonderful time at the Hillside Hideaway vacation home. Julie is a terrific host and the house is so pet friendly. We loved the two decks that had gates on them. The gated decks allowed our doggos to hang out with us outside of the house. The air conditioning was an added bonus because most of the Pocono rentals we have stayed at in the past didn’t have any air at all. We were nice and cool the whole time. The Hideout community has great amenities and the rental is also close to……
