“Marvelous piece to spend time with family! Couple of comments... Bedding is super comfy! Kitchen is lacking some basics: a 10" skillet/fry pan would be very helpful. Also a dish drainer is a huge necessity. We had no idea where to take trash. One son took it with him since he was at a campground and our daughter took the rest home with her. ”

At check-in, the building was open and unattended, with visible damage to the screen door, unsafe low railings, and structural concerns-the front of the structure is supported by stacked tires rather than a permanent foundation. Inside, we found blood stains on bedding and general uncleanliness, which we documented in photos and reported immediately to the property manager and VRBO.We waited several……
