“My boyfriend and I and our 2 dogs stayed here for a weekend . Check in was so easy with the lock code. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel so if you want pristine cleanliness , this is probably not the place for you , however it was tidy and kitchen was stocked well. There were plenty of board games , TV the arcade games and a couple books. The hot tub ( reason we booked it) was in great shape and easy to operate. It was heaven soaking in it . “We rented this property with some friends. There is a semi-private creek, and you can walk to a waterfall and swimming hole. It was just beautiful. I say semi-private because there were very few people there each time we walked it. The gardens were also lovely. We rented both the main house and the guest house. Both were very nice. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We found the place to be very family oriented with lots of things to do at the cabin from games to a hot tub. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen and sitting out on the beautiful deck overlooking the water. We were lucky in that we had beautiful weather for December!! My son in law enjoyed snowboarding at Bristol. All in all, a great place to unwind from the holiday season!!”

“The scenery is beautiful but we could not access the dock because of duck pollution. The home needs maintenance per list sent to contact. Infestation of ants made it uncomfortable. Garbage and recycling was never picked up. Home was very comfortable and as described. Very clean with exception as reported. Gift bags for us and dog very appreciated and useful. A guest book would be nice for renters to see where others have come from. Linens excellent and plentiful. Smart TV would be nice.……

“We had a great time; this cottage was nicely decorated, very comfortable and in a perfect location! We enjoyed going to Letchworth Park; the gorge and waterfalls were stunning and the park was beautiful.
