“This is a beautiful lodge located about 17 km from the Anderson Gate of Etosha National Park. The chalets are clean and cozy and the beds are quite comfortable. The walk-in showers and water pressure are excellent. The meals served in the lodge restaurant are buffet-style, with many selections. I found the food and selections, as well as the drinks offered by the bar, to be exceptional! The views from the lodge balcony during the day, but especially at night (moon and stars), are stunning. “We stayed here for two night while exploring Etosha and we loved here. The lodge has cute huts with their own balcony etc. The amenities in the huts are basic but comfortable. We loved the location, it is less than 5mins drive from the Etosha gate which very convenient. The service and food was great as well. ”

“Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte auf unserer Namibiareise. Wir waren zwei Nächte im Standardzelt. Diese sind zwar klein, aber ausreichend, sauber und gehören zum Adventurefeeling dazu. Die Atmosphäre dort ist toll, absolute Ruhe und spektakuläre Landschaft, die man abends beim Sundowner auf dem Berg genießen kann. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Essen war sehr gut. ”

“Spectacular views from the luxuriously appointed individual units and pool/restaurant area, lovely service and great sundowner drive in the game park. The outdoor showers in the units were a real indulgence! The only off note was the lack of easy drinking water, since the tap water wasn’t recommended and only 2 small individual bottles were supplied. ”

“Die beste Unterkunft unseres Namibiaurlaubs. Marianna und Piet waren sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die alles für das Wohlergehen meiner Freundin und mir gegeben haben. Das inkludierte Frühstück und Abendessen fiel sehr reichhaltig aus und war absolut lecker (ihr solltet nach dem Kürbis in Zucker fragen!!!). Das Gasthaus ist eine Oase in der zur Zeit sehr trockenen Gegend, die voller Charme und Erinnerungen steckt. Für Exkursionen jeglicher Art kann ebenfalls gesorgt werden.”

“Auf unserer dreiwöchigen Namibia-Rundreise war das die beste Unterkunft: Luxuriöses, modern ausgestattetes Zimmer mit einem sehr großzügigen und modernen Bad, eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit einem tollen (Infinity-)Pool, dazu ein hervorragendes Abendessen mit einem sehr frischen und reichhaltigen Angebot. Das Personal ist - von der eher kühl wirkenden Mitarbeiterin am Empfang abgesehen - sehr freundlich.”

“Nous y sommes restés une nuit, initialement prévu en lodge, nous avons finalement choisi d'opter pour la "Tree house" (cabane dans un arbre au milieu de la réserve mais tout en sécurité), une expérience inoubliable que nous recommandons! C'est une cabane de luxe avec un grande terrasse perchée à 5 mètres de hauteur où l'on dîne en amoureux face à un plan d'eau où viennent boire les animaux. Cet établissement possède une immense réserve où il y a notamment des lions et lionnes, qui sont leurs……
