“The place was beautiful and well-equipped and spotlessly clean. We couldn’t have been any closer to the Pacific without getting wet! The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. Super easy access to downtown Dana Point.”

“We recently took a short vacation with the kids to soak up some sunshine before winter sets in at home, and it was just what we needed! The house was clean, well-kept, and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The beach right in front of the house was a little rocky, and we had to time our beach visits according to the tides. “The best part of this stay is the location. You will feel like you are getting away from it all even though restaurants and groceries are minutes away along with excursions out of Dana Point Harbor. The property opens up to a patio that is right on the beach with a fire pit to enjoy the sound of waves and cool evenings. The kitchen is little small but there is room for dining and gathering in the two communal spaces along with another small living room off the kitchen. The bathrooms are clean,……

“The lower hot tub (shown in the property pictures) was the star of the stay! The peace and quiet and view of the ocean are worth the visit. Great location and Jason was very nice, accommodating, and responded promptly. The condo is well stocked with all the beach gear and kitchen equipment that you need. ”

“The unit was not properly prepared for our arrival. There were used beach towels on the floor in the laundry room. We couldn’t use the fire table because the propane tank was empty. What we’re most disappointed in was that I messaged the host and called her regarding our issues with all 4 TV remotes and she never messaged or called me back. Therefore, we had no working TV's. ”

“This is our second stay here and that should say it all. Nothing like getting up for your morning Joe walking towards the kitchen and nothing but ocean views from the living room. Place has everything you will need for your stay and comfortable. Right on the beach so you can get your morning workout easily. Close by to stores and restaurants. I am sure we will be returning again next year. ”

“My family enjoyed all the space to spread out and this particular property was beautifully decorated. Many thick towels which we appreciated. Actually chose this property for the reclining chair that was used for sleeping nightly and for the close location to Dana Pt harbor and PCH. No regrets!”

“The VRBO was clean and inviting. There were 3 travelers in our group and we were happy to each have our own bedroom. The kitchen was great! It had everything we needed to make a few meals and hang out. When I contacted the management about a burner knob coming off, they responded immediately and sent someone over within 20 minutes. Very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this unit and would stay again if/when coming back to Dana Point, CA. The only complaint would be the neighbors who park……
