“This was a wonderful property and provided us a low key vacation at the beach. The fact that it's in a gated part of the road and that we went in February meant that there were no crowds, and it was lovely to have a beach practically to ourselves. Hearing the ocean at night as you fall asleep is one of the greatest joys of life. This was a spacious, well equipped property that supplied all of our needs!”

Comfy couch to watch tv and movies. Parking spot in the driveway a huge plus. Touches of a complimentary bottle of wine and popcorn were appreciated. Everything seemed updated. “This home was perfect for our family. Great space for a family of 6. It was clean and comfortable, and we loved the outdoor space as much as the indoor. Walkable to groceries, shopping, farmers market, restaurants, and an easy drive to the beach. We enjoyed a day at Disneyland and a day at the San Diego Zoo, plus two days around San Clemente and the beach. Such a wonderful trip!”

The host responded to our communications in a timely manner and was present when my son and his family arrived. He provided relevant information about the house and was very friendly. The house is as described. The bedrooms on the middle floor permitted my son and daughter and their spouses to be on the same level as the 4 girls while we stayed on the lower level in the very large primary suite. The……

“The location of the house was perfection. Beautiful house interior and the exterior with the ocean right there was breathtaking. The house was the perfect set up for our family and we enjoyed eating in, playing cards, and just reading on the back deck watching and hearing the ocean sounds. The gated community was a huge bonus. The check-in process was seamless and knowing that you are protected 24hrs a day was comforting. We loved it!!”
