“They let me check in early, which was a godsend”

“Had a wonderful stay with my family. The checkin process was quick and easy. The room is perfect for a family of four. It was very clean. Microwave, fridge, and coffee machine all worked great. The television worked and had good options of channels. I loved the Dove options in the bathroom. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. We had a lot of fun in the pool. “The hotel was very nice. Unfortunately they are associated with Expedia and Expedia will cost them business and credibility. Expedia will never see a dime of our business in the future. It is our understanding that we were not the first victims of Expedia's heartless ways. I am 74 and do fairly extensive traveling, this is my first encounter with such money grubbers. “We booked a stay here for easy access to Lebanon and Hanover, NH. Once in our room, we found there was a problem connecting to the internet. Our hostess, Rita, came up to the room to help. Once she saw the problem, she changed our room to be closer to the router, and changed a setting on my husband's computer to help him connect.
