“After reading the reviews I was VERY apprehensive about what we were going to deal with once we checked in. However, it was nothing like what all of the negative comments say. When I mentioned it to my husband he reminded me that usually the “Karen’s” are the ones who leave the mean reviews and people like us forget to even post. So here I am leaving a review so people can know not to believe everything they read. The hotel was very clean, safe, and exactly what we needed for our family of 5. ……

“We won't hesitate to rent this home again. It is simply lovely, well maintained and stocked, well laid out, and spacious. The beds are comfortable and clean with plenty of linens. Serene is the word that keeps coming to me. The former tenants left the garbage cans in the drive, and from what the helpful neighbor told us, filled incorrectly, but the owner was pleasant and prompt when I let them know the situation. Instructions were clear for check in and out. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.……

“We had two families stay at this home. We had plenty of room. Location, Location, Location!! You cannot beat this location in a quiet area, right next to the Boardwalk and Beach! The teens loved the freedom of walking the boardwalk down to shops and ice cream. The neighbor was a delight, picking coconuts for the kids. Appreciated the beach towels and chairs provided. “Its was a perfect apartment that fit my needs. The washer and dryer was what i needed after coming off of a trip and staying a few days in Florida before going home. The communication via text was on point. The response was quick. Walmart and Kroger are in walking distance. The movie theater and restaurants and close via Uber. My feet aren't that strong!”
