“房間在3樓，但就算在早上樓梯都非常黑暗，有點恐怖，房間水龍頭不停滴水，晚上都會聽到答答的聲音，Wifi沒辦法連，天氣冷暖爐又用不到，第一晚更沒有熱水，要跑到reception找人來修之後才能洗澡”
