““Special Weekend Getaway” for Nana & Granddaughter. The “Container Cabin” was an absolute pleasure to enjoy & experience together. Very tastefully done, decorated and special thought was given for items guests may need. Our stay was short but very meaningful for us both. We both love being outdoors and were blessed with gorgeous weather! Hiked at Cecil L. Corley Naturalist Trail, also wonderful. Later fully appreciated the outside deck and mesmerizing firepit. Bonus—we even saw a deer on the……

“It was very relaxing and peaceful. The owner was very nice. She answered all my questions. If you are traveling with elderly people then the down stairs bedroom is perfect. The house always stayed a nice temperature. The front porch was great. The swing would be more comfortable with cushions but it was nice to watch the birds. I would recommend adding a light to the stairs up on the porch. At night they are hard to see. We would definitely stay there again. ”

“This was a true retreat. So clean comfortable & had everything you’d possibly need. We loved the outdoor space to relax in the mornings & evenings. Lori Jo thought of everything & even reached out prior to trip to share places to eat we also chatted after the trip. She is a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend & return. “The cabin has a beautiful view of the lake and is tucked into the trees. The cabin is beautiful and well taken care of. The cabin is just minutes from the lake even walking. It is an awesome experience with a lot to do. I would definitely stay again.”

“The cabin was exactly as pictured on the VRBO site and a perfect fit for two adults. We were in town to enjoy horse country and some bourbon country too - perfect location! Minor issue with a leaking shower and it was fixed within 48 hours of our arrival - no inconvenience whatsoever. Owner is very responsive and the attention to detail in the cabin is clear (even makeup washcloths in the bathrooms!) We were there in extremely hot weather and the AC was absolutely fine - ceiling fans also……
