“Our group was two couples, one grandmother, one 17 year old girl and a 10 year old boy. That left 3 or us with a full size bed and/or a pull out couch in the living room with no privacy The property should list "sleeps 6 people" noting that two people sleep in living room. Otherwise we had a lovely vacation, steps to beach.”

“We had a great time, they really maxed out and made the space flexible for visitors. We also had a large dog. Neighborhood was great and with the AC you really couldn’t hear traffic.You can fit six but I think five would make it most comfortable. ”

“Annual weekend for the seafood festival. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood. Wonderful unit with great style and amenities. We loved the front deck with table, seating and a grill. The rooms were well appointed with great mattresses and pillows. We loved it do much we wanted to move in! We will be back!!”

It was a straight shot to downtown Lowell for the iconic folk festival. The house was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Everything was really clean. The one time we needed to reach out to property manager she answered our question promptly. We had no issues at all with Recommend highly.”
