“This cottage is great and has everything that you need. We stayed here for a month and it felt like a home away from home. The owners are receptive and respond right away if you need anything. You cannot beat the location as you can be at the beach every day in just minutes. We hope to return in the future!”

“We enjoyed a lovely little Anniversary getaway. The accommodations and lounging poolside simply cannot be beat- everything was so beautiful and peaceful! We also got to meet the sweetest Kipling as we were departing for home, another delightful surprise. We so thoroughly enjoyed our time there- our only complaint is we had to leave! :) ”

“The location was perfect. You’re literally across the street from the beach. You are less than 20 to 30 feet from the strip of all entertainment. Mr. Mark and Mrs. Kim were amazing, it didn’t matter what time of the night it was ,they were there to accommodate you. The cottage was, small but so cozy and perfect that I wouldn’t have traded it for something else. The only thing is, I would definitely suggest putting a fan in the room, closing the bedroom door for the day that way the room will be……

“The location was spot on and perfect. The other families renting cottages next door were very friendly. Parking was a little chaotic at times but everywhere near the beach is like that! Beds were very comfortable, the old school look and feel was exactly what we wanted. Steven was fantastic to deal with too. Can't wait to go back!”

“The lake is right outside the door, and the view from the living room is just beautiful! We were in the area for work and didn't have much time to enjoy it, but there is a gorgeous gazebo on the side and a fire pit on the patio out back - both looking directly our onto the lake. One small downside, the bedroom is quite small - but we did enjoy the view of the sunrise on the lake right from the bed..”

“Pros: PERFECT location steps from the beach; three bedrooms; quirky vintage experience. Cons: as seen in photos and other reviews, this is a well loved well used very old beach cottage. While cosmetic stuff didn’t matter to us (e.g. backyard is dingy w broken toys and grills), some functional problems were annoying (kitchen sink doesn’t drain and we tried cleaning the trap and it didn’t help; one shower, once turned on, wouldn’t turn off). Biggest problem is customer service is very difficult to……
