“We stayed in this cute cottage and were very happy with it. It's small, but I love how they make use of the outdoor space. It has a screened in porch as long as the longer side of the cottage. There is a table and chairs there, we sat there and had meals with a beautiful lake view. Each cottage also has a picnic table and a grill. there are about 8 kayaks there available to the guests. We paddle around a lot of the lake, which is fairly big. There are lots of trees at the edge of the lake. It……

“The Cottages at Harvey Lake are adorable. The cottage had everything I needed such as clean towels for showering, a coffee machine, a microwave, a small refrigerator, a sink, a two burner electric stove, a table with chairs and a comfortable bed. If you like cooking outdoors there is a three burner Weber grill. However if you are into grilling, bring your own grilling tools. The lake was very clean and is spring fed which is great for dogs and kayaking. This place is pet friendly for our 80……

We love it here for the lake and the charm the cabing has, but most importantly the owners are amazing. They greet us when we arrive like old friends and are available for any need that may arise. “This location was perfect for a family! The neighborhood was quiet, but in walking distance to the beach. There were many thoughtful touches at the cottage. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed the fenced in yard with a walking 14 month old! We will definitely be back!”

“We had a delightful stay on Harper island. This is an ideal option for anyone looking for time with family & friends in a serene & private island setting.Daryn was responsive & helpful, the cabins are cutely designed, beds are very comfortable & the kitchen well stocked.Early mornings were peaceful waking up to the mist on the water til the sun came up. Ample number of hiking trails within 2 hours to choose any level of challenge.Winding down, enjoying a nightly fire pit once the sun set while……

“The house was better than expected. You can tell the owners take pride in their property and provided everything needed and more. Ellen and Pat were very friendly and available but not at all intrusive. It was far enough away but close to everything as well-a true retreat. The water was warm and clean with a sandy bottom and the beach area was well maintained. Would definately go back!”
