“Was very happy with our stay. Staff were very accomodating. The cleaners were very friendly and made sure the rooms were spotless each time they cleaned. Shout out to Alif. Bathroom was nicely renovated, bed was comfy. Very convenient location, we could easily walk to Masjid Al Nabawi. Breakfast options could have been better. Overall very happy with our stay. ”

“Loved the family suite we received. Very nice and spacious. It was quite expensive and we were disappointed when there was an incident in which they did not allow us to take some breakfast to our room for our children despite how much we paid.”

“Very clean and nice staff but a bit far from haram”

“A very nice and comfortable place to stay. Good breakfast buffet. Walkable distance to the Haram. It's closest to the gate 310/309. It location is a little further from the women entrance which is through gate 12 and 16 and falls at the other end from the hotel. So walking to get to women entrance inside the masjid takes about 10-15 mins depending on how fast you walk. Otherwise it's a nice location. Mohammad naeem offered us good service in our room ”

“The property was lovely the only down side a lot of work going around the area so the taxis get lost time to time. Also my room wasn’t cleaned after my stay at first night I had to go to reception for toilet paper and waters. They did get the two items straight away. Reception staff nice! I would definitely stay here again ”

“2 min walk to Masjid e Nabawi , breakfast was very good , service was good , room was good with masjid e nabawi view but it needs maintenance in shower as grout was coming out , the only problem was that roads get blocked for prayers and we couldn't get our taxi to go to airport and barely made it to catch our flight , this is something the hotels need to work on as people are on tight schedule ”
