We felt pressured by staff to have the room serviced every 3 days instead of daily - we ran out of tissues and dry towels quickly. There is no coffee or tea making facilities in the room which was really odd. Pillows are extremely soft and we had to ask twice for a second pillow. The bar upstairs is lovely but they……
