There were a few cleaning issues such as pull tabs and tissues missed, and the pool area still had trash, but the important areas like the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. “We were not only impressed with our communication with the owners but really surprised how well stocked the house was with all the basics (paper goods, shampoo, trash bags, seasonings, etc). House was very comfortable for two families and a very happy dog. Perfect location on our favorite beach and walking distance to the best coffee and ice cream. We could not have been happier. “Great location near Harbor Town, beautiful views of the water, nicely decorated, and a generous supply of starter items and other provisions. We really enjoyed watching sunsets from the high top chairs on the deck. There was an issue with the close proximity neighbors crating a noise problem, but the property manager and security took care of it. “The house was very nice and location to the beach was fantastic. However, multiple appliances were broken and could not be fixed during our stay. It appeared that no one had checked the dishwasher for awhile because it was full of very swampy water that was foul. Asked for extra dish towels to hand wash dishes and never received them. The management would say they would be out and would take an extra day to have them come. Would have been a perfect stay otherwise.”

“Cute beachy vibe place, fabulous location, generally in good condition wirh a few minor issues. Would have liked a curtain on front door and a lock on back patio screen door. The front door was a bit loose and needed weather stripping and the living room air vent was hanging down a bit but were all fixed before we left. Other than that, sunrises or sunsets from the many beach access points beach are all just a few minutes walk from the front door. Definately recomend!”
