“This place was exactly what we needed for a fishing trip. It has a heated inclosed porch which was nice to hang our fishing clothes to dry. This was located in a nice safe place and we didn’t have to worry about leaving equipment in our boat. Thanks to Shari and John for being excellent host.”

“Our stay was amazing. The kids had a blast fishing, kayaking, and swimming. The only downfall was having random other people coming and going from the boat launch. We were under the impression it was a private retreat and had our stuff out when a huge group showed up to use the boat launch. Luckily we were there or our stuff would have been unsupervised with strangers roaming around. I wish it would have been communicated that other people may be using the boat launch. “Clean safe location on a small lake. 1.5 mile walk to Medical Lake. Very friendly area. Newly renovated basement accommodations with 2 bedrooms a nice kitchen and a small bathroom with a 36” shower stall. We enjoyed our stay very much.”

The cabin was clean and well stocked with everything that we needed for our stay. The host was quick to reply back with questions we had and was available to reach out to us if needed.
